Previous Polar smartwatches introduced “Nightly Recharge,” a feature that plainly tells you when you should take a recovery day. The Ignite 3 takes things a step further with “SleepWise,” a daily report that predicts when you’ll be alert or exhausted. In theory, you can use SleepWise to plan your workouts, focusing on the brief window where you’re most alert during the day.
